John is the founder and Principal of Summit Insights. He has more than 25 years experience in all aspects of marketing and sales information systems, consultancy and analytics.
John co-founded Aztec Information Systems in 1995, and was Managing Director until 2008 when they sold the company to Aegis/Synovate, a publicly listed UK company. During those 13 years, the business grew from scratch to be clear market leader; grew from having a couple of employees to many hundred employees; grew from no clients to a few hundred clients; and expanded successfully into many other countries. It was a true success story.
John has worked with a large number of the leading companies in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, including Nestle, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Masterfoods, Colgate, Procter & Gamble, Kellogg, GlaxoSmithKline, Woolworths and many others.
Cameron has more than 15 years experience in data analytics, transaction data mining, business consulting and software development.
With 10 years as Commercial Director and Business Development Director of Synovate Aztec, he has extensive experience working with many of the leading retailers and manufacturers of consumer goods, in Australia and overseas.
Cameron has consistently driven innovation in data analytics and information services over many years, enhancing the way data insights are used in decision making across many businesses.
In 2010, Cameron was appointed by Coca Cola Amatil to manage the development of their Business Intelligence team. He joined Summit Insights in 2012, and continues to work closely with Coca Cola to deliver value for their customers.
